The Credit Hire Solution of the Year Award recognises innovative approaches to delivering a mobility solution, either by reducing claims costs or by improving service.
Plantec has worked tirelessly over the past 12 months to ensure that we continue to offer the very best customer claims experience possible – always putting the customer at the forefront of everything we do and every decision we make. During this time, we are incredibly proud to have ploughed significant investment into the business, both future-proofing our proposition to customers and quickly reacting to emerging customer mobility trends – as highlighted by the pandemic - with the acquisition of a fleet of new Yamaha scooters and new electric scooters.
In strengthening our fleet, we have been able to show our ongoing commitment to providing the highest levels of service to our business partners and customers. This also been evident through the high levels of positive feedback received on our Rant & Rave platform.
