If your policy holder needs a replacement motorcycle quickly then Plantec Assist can help. With a fleet of more than 900 motorcycles to choose from there will always be an appropriate bike available.

Plantec Assist have everything from 50cc scooters through middleweight 600cc commuters, 1000cc superbikes and 1250cc tourers. Bikes are available from all the big brand names: Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Aprilia, BMW, Harley Davidson, Lexmoto, Ducati, Triumph and more. All bikes are less than three years old and fully maintained to the highest standards including Pre Delivery Inspections ahead of every delivery.

Policyholders can be offered a ‘Take Your Pick’ of similar vehicles to increase choice and service and enhance your brand service.

Plantec Assist work to agreed service levels on motorcycle delivery. We will aim to deliver the bike within 24-hours of notification, anywhere in the country, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. There are three depots that Plantec Assist use to distribute hire bikes – Dudley, Altrincham and Hillsborough.

Delivery is arranged to be at a time and place as convenient as possible for the policyholder – so can be at work, home or anywhere that suits. Our expert delivery drivers all ride bikes themselves and will deliver early or late in the day dependant on the policyholder’s needs.

Plantec Assist supply a Hotline for policyholders to call with any queries about their hire bikes during their hire period, adding real service value and support.

The Plantec Assist App (white labelled if required) allows the policyholder to keep in communication about their claim, hire bike and repair at any time of the day.

Plantec Assist’s service level targets are:

● We will attempt to contact the policyholder immediately upon instruction
● Fax, hot key, telephone, email, XML transfer or online portal are all acceptable for instruction
● Hires are available for age 16 upwards
● Hires eligible for food delivery and couriers
● Collections of hire vehicles will be within 48 hours of the hire end date
